Vehicle crimes on Sunderland street and Harling street

Good afternoon,

We have been made aware of a couple of vehicle crimes that have happened in Rosegrove they have happened on Sunderland street and Harling street. The date of the crime was 26/09/2026 one was at 03:45hrs on Sunderland street and Harling street was around 04:00hrs. 

The vehicle crime on Sunderland street a van has been approched and entered things moved around but nothing appeares to have been taken on this occassion. There is no damage caused to the van so it could be that the van has been left unlocked on this occassion.

The vehicle crime on Harling street vehicle has been approched and search made of the vehicle and a few items have been stolen from inside. There is a possibility that those involved have left in a vehicle that they have arrived in.

Both these crimes have taken place around the same time on the same day in a very close location to each other.

Enquires are on going at this time,

Please can i advise residents to make sure that vehicles have been left locked and secure and any items are removed from the vehicle.
